• Efficiency Rating (SEER) – The efficiency of systems is rated on a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) scale of 14 SEER to 24+ SEER, with bigger numbers indicating greater efficiency, lower energy use, and more long-term cost savings. In fact, the utility savings and technology are significantly better as you move up in efficiency/SEER.
  
  
• Size – What is the right size of system for your home? 2 ton? 3 ton? 4 ton? 5 ton? It’s possible that your current system is too big (or small) for your home. We can perform a load calculation to determine the optimum size for your needs.
