• Technicians are prescreened each morning for any Covid-19 symptoms.
• Technicians wash their hands before walking up to a customer’s house. 
• We do not shake hands and keep our distance at the doorway.
• Technicians wear shoe covers, gloves (disposed of after each job), and a mask (if the customer prefers that one is worn). 
• We practice social distancing as best we can when in the home.
• We clean our work area after the job is complete. 
• We can provide touchless approval of the work we do, including payment. Voice approval is recorded in our software.
• We have stringent procedures we follow before entering a home where we know someone has Covid-19 or similar symptoms.
