Our TV commercials use to feature a character, “Melvin,” who was someone you didn’t want showing up at your home. In a fun way, we would exaggerate Melvin’s mishaps and shoddy work.
What we learned from our new customers is that Melvin was not too far off from some of the work they experienced when using some of our competition.
Our new TV creative features “Joe” and our slogan is “We’re not your average Joe.”
As Joe saves the day with fixing any heating, air conditioning, plumbing, drain cleaning, electrical, water softener or drinking water problems, he also goes above and beyond in helping the homeowner with a non-related problem they’re experiencing… eg, helping their kids with science projects or cooking dinner for the family.
There is nothing that Joe won’t tackle to help a homeowner!
